Rule 91
Discussion on Motion to Reject Ordinance
(1) Other members who have submitted a proposal to reject the ordinance in accordance with this paragraph may also participate in the discussion. (2) At the end of the discussion according to sub-rule (1), the concerned minister shall answer the questions raised while proposing the rejection of the ordinance.
